About Me

A native of Council Bluffs, Iowa, I left the area in 1979, after graduating from high school. By  1996, I couldn’t wait to come back. In between, I worked dairy farms and ranches in North Dakota, graduated from the University of North Dakota, entered the United States Marine Corps as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot in 1988. After receiving an honorable discharge from the military, I flew commercial airplanes until September 11, 2001. Today, I am a licensed real estate broker in Omaha, a member of the Nebraska Association of Realtors, the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and specializes in the condominium market.

After a year in the Real Estate business I feel in love with the Omaha condo market. After consulting with local condo buyers and sellers I recongnized that the condo market is so new to Omaha that most potential buyers don't even know the questions to ask. Because of my extensive knowlege of the condo market I became inspired to publish a book "Condo Living Omaha",
which has proven to be a must for condo buyers and sellers. As a leading authority in the Omaha Condo market, I have become the number one realtor for anyone interested in buying or selling an Omaha Condo.
